- Eligible Services: Shared Hosting, VPS Hosting, Cloud Hosting, WordPress Hosting, and Reseller Hosting are eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee.
- Ineligible Services: Certain services are not eligible for a refund under the 30-day guarantee, including but not limited to domain registrations, SSL certificates, dedicated hosting services, setup fees, and add-ons purchased separately from hosting plans.
2. Conditions for Refunds
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Refund Requests: To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team within 30 days of your purchase. Refund requests made after the 30-day period are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.
- Account Cancellation: Before a refund can be processed, your account and hosting service must be canceled. You will lose access to your hosting plan and any associated data upon cancellation.
- Non-Refundable Services: The following services are non-refundable, even within the 30-day guarantee period:
- Domain name registrations and renewals;
- SSL certificates;
- Setup or migration fees;
- Dedicated hosting services;
- Any third-party services or add-ons purchased separately from hosting.
- Promotional Pricing: If you received a promotional discount on your hosting plan, your refund will be based on the amount paid, not the full regular price.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, the processing time for refunds may vary, typically ranging from 5 to 10 business days.
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be processed back to the card used for the original purchase.
- PayPal: Refunds will be issued back to your PayPal account.
- Bank Transfer: If you paid via bank transfer, the refund will be processed back to the same bank account used for the transaction.
Please note that Wakanda Hosting is not responsible for any fees or charges that may be applied by your bank or payment provider in connection with the refund.
